Emerson Holt Lacayo is a sixth grader who studies voice, piano, acting, VO, dance and plays golf. Growing up in a Broadway family, she was always around performers that inspired her to take her turn on the stage! Emerson was thrilled to make her professional debut as The Little Girl in Ragtime at Signature Theatre. Before that, she was seen as Young Fiona in Shrek the Musical and is currently performing as Fan in A Christmas Carol at Ford’s Theatre. Emerson trains with The Prep NY, Broadway Artists Alliance in New York, Broadway Theatre Connection in MD and with Andrew Hann for voice and piano. She is super grateful to her family, teachers and friends for all their love and support.
